Award Winning & Best Selling Author and Leadership 4.0 Coach, former CHRO of the World Economic Forum Davos, former CLO of the World Bank.

Paolo is part of the Faculty at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.​

​A futurist and recognized Thought Leader in themes related to the Future of Work, Global Megatrends 4.0, and Leadership 4.0 widely covered across Harvard Business Review. Over the last 30 years, Paolo Gallo has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Chief Learning Officer at The World Bank in Washington DC and Director of Human Resources at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development in London, with prior experiences at the International Finance Corporation in Washington DC and at Citigroup in London, New York and Milan, his home town.​
