Change Makers: Getting the right team to deliver change

Simon Philips FCIPD an award-winning Business Transformation Specialist facilitated a session on ‘The Change Maker Profile’ which is often used by organizations and individuals alongside other change management tools to give people the foundation to kick-start their change journey.

In this session attendees gained a better understanding of:

  • How to draw on peoples strengths for further personal development and how this drives real change

  • What is the Change Maker Profile and how it draws together people’s strengths so that they are seen as complementary and developing those people, drives delivery of real change

  • Discussions around whether the change makers are the leaders, project managers, technicians, communications specialists, or business experts
