Nature as a Dynamic Co-Partner - Webinar

Coaching clients outdoors is so much more than simply ‘walking and talking’: Nature offers a powerful psychological tool for mirroring the inner landscape. This experiential workshop will introduce you to the specific skills required to facilitate accelerated internal processing in your clients – outdoors or virtually. A light touch dip into ecotherapy theory will provide the essential scaffolding for creating psychological safety in an uncontained space, including assessing whether outdoor work is (in)appropriate; contracting for a dynamic environment and consideration of transference and ego states. There will be opportunities for somatic noticing and experiencing how Nature can deepen intimacy and insight in the moment within a brief, but safely held, virtual coaching relationship.
