Nature as a Dynamic Co-Partner

Coaching clients outdoors can be so much more powerful than simply ‘walking and talking’. A light touch dip into ecotherapy theory will explain why integrating nature into the coaching relationship accelerates emotional processing but the primary focus will be on practising, in the beautiful Ashridge gardens, the technical skills necessary for taking clients outside e.g. ensuring psychological safety within an open space; assessing whether a client is psychologically ready; contracting for the dynamic possibilities which might take us and/or client to our edges and working somatically to notice how nature offers a mirror up to our internal landscape.

Join Catherine Gorham for a morning workshop amongst the beautiful grounds of Ashridge House in Berkhamsted. Please register your interest using the below form.
