In this session Anna will share with you her experiences of coaching with art and how it creates transformational conversations; inviting you to experience it for yourself and bringing it to life through an art-based coaching seminar.
With an introduction to the power of art and how it deepens and enriches the conversations we have; enabling clients to access a deeper level of awareness, personal meaning and understanding. Coaching with art unlocks the hidden and that which is just outside of awareness, giving insights that lead to shifts in perception and ultimately change.
Accessible to anyone curious in exploring a different approach to coaching.

Anna Sheather is an Executive Coach and Supervisor who is also as self-taught artist. Anna has been coaching for many years and has been increasingly drawn to combining her passion for art with her passion for coaching. In 2016 Anna launched ‘Art in Coaching’ as a platform for sharing her knowledge and experience of coaching with art, including running workshops for coaches who want to integrate art into their own practice. Anna uses art in her executive and private coaching, supervision and leadership team work.
More formerly, Anna trained with Henley Business School. She is an accredited APECS Executive Coach and qualified coach supervisor. Most recently Anna has been commissioned by Routledge to write a book about her art-based coaching practice ‘Coaching Beyond Words – Using art to deepen and enrich our conversations’.
