The Solution

The program was designed around the BNP Paribas Fortis Leadership Principles and Competencies as well as Hult Ashridge research around the making of strategic leaders.

Based on the findings within the research, a tailored ‘in-company’ program was designed that helped participants master a set of four key elements of strategic leadership, simultaneously and in context.

The Impact

The program resulted in the participants leading and behaving quite differently, applying new thinking, changing the way they work, and using their new network.

The work ultimately translated into more engaged leaders, who in turn encouraged their own teams to take on more responsibilities, be more motivated and understanding of the bank’s shift to client-centricity.

The participants began to really value the networking opportunities from the program, and it became clear that the new found learnings would be helpful for the rest of their careers.
