Team coaching is evolving fast—but not all learning journeys, frameworks, or professional lenses are the same.
In this live webinar, Sally Jackson brings a valuable dual perspective:
Rather than promoting one route over another, Sally will compare and contrast the lived experience, philosophy, and practical implications of these two influential approaches—offering clarity for coaches, leaders, and organizations navigating the growing team coaching landscape.
This session is reflective, honest, and grounded in practice—designed to help you think more clearly about how different models shape how we show up as team coaches.
What will this session explore?
In this webinar, Sally will explore:
How the Ashridge master’s approach frames team coaching through relational, systemic, and inquiry-based learning
How the ICF’s professional standards and frameworks influence coaching identity, credibility, and global practice
Where the two perspectives align—and where they meaningfully differ
What these differences mean for (i) your development as a coach, (ii) your work with leadership teams, (iii) organisations seeking maturity in team coaching
Key reflections for anyone considering advanced study, accreditation, or deeper professional practice
Who is this webinar for?
This session will be especially valuable for:
Team coaches and executive coaches
Coaches considering advanced qualifications or accreditation
HR, OD, and L&D leaders working with leadership teams
Senior leaders curious about how team coaching really works
Anyone navigating the increasingly complex coaching ecosystem
