Only around 40 are hired\u2014that\u2019s an acceptance rate of 0.5%!<\/p>\n<p>Out of the 40 people L\u2019Or\u00e9al Travel Retail Americas office recruit each year, over half are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hult.edu\/mba\/\">MBA<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hult.edu\/masters\/\">master\u2019s degree<\/a> holders. Typically, five are MBA graduates from Hult International Business School.
