When Noor first stepped onto Hult\u2019s Boston campus, he already knew the power of global connection. Having been involved in the Hult Prize Foundation as a campus director, keynote speaker, and accelerator participant, he had seen first-hand the drive and creativity that fuels Hult students. What he didn\u2019t yet know was how deeply Hult\u2019s STEM MBA program would transform his career and inspire him to launch a company dedicated to helping startups thrive through AI.<\/span>

From Hult Prize to Hult MBA<\/span><\/b>
\nNoor\u2019s introduction to Hult began long before his MBA application. Through his work with the Hult Prize Foundation, he had travelled from Pakistan to Boston, New York, and London, meeting students and entrepreneurs tackling global challenges. \u201cSeeing those MBA students in action planted the seed,\u201d he says. When the time came to choose between Hult\u2019s London and Boston campuses, he opted for Boston.<\/span>

\"\"A new skillset\u2014and a new direction<\/span><\/b>
\nInitially planning to take a general MBA, Noor switched to the STEM MBA, which he credits with reshaping his analytical skills. \u201cI started from zero when it came to technology,\u201d he recalls, \u201cbut the program sparked a hunger in me to learn more.\u201d Those skills would become the foundation for his next venture.<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Building AdifiPro LLC: AI solutions for startups<\/span><\/b>
\nIn 2022, Noor founded\u202f<\/span>AdifiPro LLC<\/span><\/i>, a consultancy providing AI-driven marketing automation to small teams. His goal? To help startups streamline processes\u2014from content creation to automated email outreach\u2014so they can do more with fewer resources. \u201cOne person can now do the job of ten,\u201d he notes, \u201cif they\u2019re using the right AI tools.\u201d However, with so many AI tools on offer, all with different expertise, small teams can start to feel overwhelmed. This is where Noor\u2019s research began.<\/span>

Groundbreaking AI research<\/span><\/b>
\nRecognising the hype, and confusion, around generative AI, Noor conducted a year-long independent study comparing five leading AI tools for marketing and social media. Analysing over 5,000 prompts and surveying 76 marketing professionals, he uncovered surprising differences in tool performance.
