Marshall esteve em\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/revistaepoca.globo.com\/palavrachave\/sao-paulo\/\">S\u00e3o Paulo<\/a>\u00a0nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (23) para uma palestra da Faculdade Internacional de Neg\u00f3cios Hult, a primeira universidade internacional a ter um campus na\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/revistaepoca.globo.com\/palavrachave\/america-latina\/\">Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/a>, em parceria coma Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Dom Cabral. Ele falou a \u00c9poca e, entre as muitas hist\u00f3rias de executivos de sucesso e conselhos para quem deseja equilibrar uma carreira brilhante com uma vida pessoal feliz, Goldsmith tratou da posi\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres nas empresas. O treinador de executivos, de 64 anos e budista, revela que um dos maiores desafios femininos \u00e9 deixar de cobrar-se excessivamente nas tarefas do dia-a-dia e, ao inv\u00e9s disso, escolher um caminho que seja capaz de faz\u00ea-las feliz de verdade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9POCA: Qual o papel da diversidade, especialmente de g\u00eaneros, no mundo dos neg\u00f3cios?<br \/>\nMarshall Goldsmith:<\/strong>\u00a0Primeiramente, a diversidade em todos os seus aspectos \u00e9 sempre muito importante porque traz diferentes tipos de opini\u00f5es. Em minhas aulas para executivos \u00e9 bom ter diversidade pois falamos de experi\u00eancias de vida e tentamos ajudar uns aos outros. Em um segundo momento, eu acredito que a import\u00e2ncia da presen\u00e7a das mulheres neste cen\u00e1rio, apenas por serem mulheres, se d\u00e1 por outra diferente raz\u00e3o. Consumidoras. Grande parte dos consumidores s\u00e3o mulheres e \u00e9 muito importante para as empresas saber o que suas consumidoras precisam.
