This can vary greatly from person to person. Maybe breathing exercises work for you, or putting on some relaxing music.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>&#8220;Getting on the balcony&#8221;<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Leave\u2014figurally and literally\u2014the place you&#8217;re at, and reflect more.
