Meet the Expert
Debbie is Professor of Organisational Development and Leadership at Hult's Ashridge campus.. A leadership and organisational development consultant, Debbie specialises in gender equity, inclusive leadership, and systemic culture change.
Her work spans boards, senior teams, and entire organisations, helping them build inclusive, high-performing cultures through strategic interventions and learning experiences.
Debbie's research explores gender dynamics in workplace communication, particularly how women are socially silenced in professional settings, and how men can be engaged as active partners in advancing equity. Some of Debbie’s latest work focuses on supporting men through the allyship journey to become advocates for systemic change.
Debbie holds a doctorate in organisational change and brings experience from the NHS, global corporations, and NGOs.
Passionate about turning insight into action, Debbie helps leaders lead with integrity, empathy, and courage in today’s complex, diverse workplaces.
