Central Student Accommodation
Depending on your budget and needs, we can offer you single and double, furnished rooms. Five minutes from Mirdif and close to the city’s large malls, hospitals and the Burj Khalifa, our residence offers you secure and well-located housing. In addition, you will have access to two outdoor pools and access to the residence’s indoor gym, while shuttle transportation is arranged by the school every day from the student accommodation to the school campus.

Location
The residence is a 20-25 minute drive from Hult’s campus in Academic City. Mirdif,
which is a 5 minute drive away from the residence, boasts an impressive shopping
mall, a wide range of restaurants, a Welcare clinic and a good choice of nurseries
and schools. Grocery shopping in Spinneys (Uptown Mirdif), in Westzone (on Street
83) or in Lifco (on Street 37) is a mere 5 minute drive. Etisalat Academy is only
10 minutes from Diera City Centre, 15 minutes from Festival City and 10 minutes
from Dubai International airport.
There is a Hult shuttle service available to students which runs to and from campus
daily and to several additional destinations of interest around Dubai. This is at
no additional charge to the student.
Rooms
Both single and double rooms are available. Each room is furnished, has an en suite
bathroom, is equipped with telephone, dedicated Internet line, satellite TV with
over 30 worldwide channels to choose from, 24-hour room maintenance, a fridge and
a kettle. Full bedding is provided and will be refreshed weekly. There is a fully
equipped large communal kitchen available on the ground floor for student use with
an additional kitchen on the second floor available for light cooking. Each floor
has a TV lounge that allows you to network in comfort, and discuss the day's classes.
There is also a main restaurant on site which offers three meals daily at reasonable
prices.
Recreation and Sports Complex
The recreation and sports complex is the jewel in Etisalat Academy's crown. Students
have free access to all facilities daily, except for peak hours of 18:00-21:00.
Use during these hours can be offered on request on a membership upgrade package.
The size of the pools, both adult and children's, ensures that you will always be
able to swim or simply laze around without being disturbed. Its palm-fringed beauty
has to be seen to be fully appreciated. The Health Club's exclusive state of the
art exercise equipment, huge jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc. make for a stress free
workout; there is never need to wait for equipment.
