Spend the first two weeks in an interactive immersion program designed to help you succeed in your intensive one-year MBA program. You’ll gain prerequisite knowledge, get an introduction to the professional skills model, and work in a team to solve a business challenge. There’s also time for orientation, community-building exercises, and socializing.

Competitive Simulations

Modules A through C incorporate simulations projects and role-plays that become increasingly harder as the year progresses. Examples include pricing a product, improving team effectiveness, product entry strategy, business turnaround, or global growth strategy. Simulations will increase in duration from two hours to multi-day competitions by the end of the core modules.

Strong project management can mean the difference between businesses that thrive and those that fail. Hult’s Project Management Specialization will equip you with the technical and people skills required to manage major projects for multinationals, family businesses, and NGOs. Designed to give you the wide range of skills needed in planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to meet business objectives, our Project Management Specialization requires MBA students to take additional project management courses worth six credits. The Project Management Specialization is only available in Boston, San Francisco, and London and is subject to availability.
