Ben Hart is a Professor of Marketing at Hult International Business School. He is a digital marketing strategist and thought leader with a track record growing digital businesses and helping brands and organizations realize the potential available to them in an increasingly digital world. His passion lies in helping people understand the complexities of the digital landscape in ways that lead to clear strategic planning and significant resulting benefit. In his webinar, "Connecting with customers digitally can make or break your business", he shared his passion for digital marketing and discussed the continuing rise of technology and the impact it's having on the way we do business and how we build relationships with customers.
Ben's consultancy proposition, Atmosphere, offers bespoke strategy, executive production and advisory services across a blue chip client base, a number of digital start up businesses and the NHS. Before Atmosphere Ben spent five years as CEO of a full service digital marketing agency, Glass. The agency started life within an incubator at London Metropolitan University and shortly after won a one to watch accolade from leading trade magazine, New Media Age. Over the next few years the agency secured a raft of Blue Chip client engagements including Lloyds Autolease, Allen and Overy, American Express, The Diamond Trading Company and Pernod Ricard. In early 2009, Glass was acquired by Blueview Group plc. Following the acquisition Ben spent six months as Managing Director overseeing the agency’s merger with an existing creative proposition.
