Overview

Meet the challenges of a global marketplace

A strong understanding of how the world is interconnected through finance, marketing, operations, technology, and strategy gives students an immediate head start to launch their careers. Hult’s Master of International Business (MIB) degree helps students acquire practical business knowledge with a focus on international and cross-cultural understanding of the marketplace. This degree is particularly well-suited to recent university graduates (business and non-business majors) who do not have extensive work experience. This degree is also appropriate for those with work experience who seek to move into the international business realm.

Hult’s MIB curriculum delivers an understanding of today’s global marketplace. Initially, students focus on Sample One-Year MIB Curriculum, learning hard skills in international finance, marketing, operations, and strategy. Subsequently, graduates also gain the analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills necessary to make decisions in a rapidly evolving, cross-cultural world. Through a combination of case study discussions and lectures, students will also acquire presentation and communication skills necessary to work and excel in multi-national settings and companies.

Hult’s Global Rotation Program

Our Financial Times rankings of #1 for International Experience and #5 for International Business reflect the strength of our business school. An international perspective is crucial to understanding today’s business issues. Hult’s Global Rotation Program allows students to gain critical insights into the world’s key economies and gain firsthand international business experience. Opt to pursue your MIB in Boston, San Francisco, London, Dubai, or Shanghai. During the elective module, choose to remain at your home campus or study at a different Hult campus. Action Project gives you great exposure

Our Action Project gives students exposure to real-world companies. Students work in small teams, led by a faculty adviser to solve a business problem or think of growth channels for multinational companies. MIB students are given the chance to apply what they have learned in a true business setting, helping them get job-ready for their future. Find out more about Action Project

Convert seamlessly to a Hult MBA

Hult’s MIB is taught by the same faculty as Hult’s top-ranked MBA program and follows an abbreviated version of the MBA curriculum. Because our MIB and MBA curricula are highly synchronized, MIB graduates can convert to a Hult MBA degree after three years of work experience and an additional 23 credits. To enroll in the MBA program, MIB graduates must have two years post-MIB work experience (and three years overall work experience) and demonstrate requisite GMAT scores for admission.
