Sharon Wulf

PhD, Columbia Pacific University,

Professor of Leadership and Teambuilding

As president and founder of Enterprise Systems, Sharon Wulf provides organizational and business development services. With a management background largely formed as the Director and Group Manager of Strategic Business Programs for the Semiconductor and Technologies Division at Digital Equipment Corporation and as a Senior Finance Manager for Engineering Technologies at The Polaroid Corporation, Sharon formed Enterprise Systems in 1992. Sharon has over three decades of teaching experience at the MBA level and currently serves on several MBA faculties. As a faculty member at Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s School of Business, Sharon instructs graduate level courses at WPI and EMC, UMASS Memorial, National Grid, Natick Labs, and United Technologies. Named MBA Faculty of the Year 2011 at Framingham State University, she instructs MBA courses in MBA Professional Capstone and Strategy Management, Human Resources Management, and Global Business Management. Recipient of the Northeastern University Teaching Excellence Award, Sharon taught Business Strategy and Management to graduate and undergraduate students. Sharon authored three books Customer Service Action Plans, Leadership in Action, and Building Performance Values that were published by HRD Press and honored at the NU Major Works Reception. Sharon currently serves on several non-profit boards including the National Board of the English Speaking Union of the United States of America.
