John Kerrick is a partner in the firm of Hollander & Kerrick Associates, Inc., a training and development firm that focuses on helping leaders and managers create and maintain effective organizations characterized by high productivity, high morale, and high motivation. For thirty years he has had professional experience as a manager, educator, and executive coach in a variety of settings, most notably GE, Morgan Bank, Toyota, Citibank, Quaker Oats, Deutsche Bank, and IBM.
As a teacher at the Hult Dubai campus he was awarded Professor of the Year in 2010. He was the executive coach for most of the top 1200 mangers at Seagram’s.
In addition to Hult John has taught at Tuck School at Dartmouth College, Columbia University Executive Programs, WHU – the Otto Beisheim School of Management, and Boston University's award-winning Executive Challenge Program, an innovator in action learning for corporate clients.
