Why do your MBA in Boston?

Hult’s Boston is the ideal hub for the East Coast’s established and startup businesses. The more connections you make, the stronger your position in the job market will be. You’ll get to know the companies that make the U.S. tick at campus career events, through clubs and societies, and by taking part in case challenges and competitions.

Working in the U.S. 101

Career coach, campus recruiting guru, and best-selling author Dan Beaudry shared his years of expertise on what every international student needs to know about finding a job in the U.S. Topics included how best to prioritize a job search, and how to find a company willing to sponsor visas for international employees.

Career connections forums

To connect students directly with top employers, Hult Boston hosted more than 100 companies over the course of its annual career connections forum. Nearly 600 students attended in total, meeting recruiting executives from companies like Accenture, Amazon, Bank of America, Google, PwC, and State Street.

Career Connections workshops

This workshop series welcomed professional speakers, alumni panels, and notable executives to campus each week and covered a broad range of topics across the professional spectrum, from personal branding and effectively leveraging your LinkedIn profile, to how to launch a startup on a limited visa status.

Bringing lessons to life in Boston

Bringing local companies on campus to pose real challenges to students is just one way classes are enriched with real-world experience at Hult. Our Boston campus hosted a marketing “Hackathon”—one full intense day of brainstorming ideas to create a business plan for Boston-based tech business Reduxio. Students developed strategies for marketing, growth, and going to market, and then pitched their ideas to Reduxio’s board members, who chose winning solutions.
