Core courses form the backbone of your Masters in International Marketing curriculum. You will study them throughout modules A – C. The classes have been carefully designed and sequenced to teach the fundamentals of business strategy, along with specialized knowledge in advertising, consumer behavior, new product development, marketing analytics, and digital marketing.

Immersion

Your Master degree program begins with a three-week Immersion.

Immersion is the first course in all our Masters degree programs and lays the foundations for a successful year. It is a combination of learning academic fundamentals, teamwork, and forging a sense of community among classmates.You will also have the opportunity to orientate yourself to life at Hult and your new home city.

The Immersion course prepares you to develop into well-rounded business professionals over the duration of your program and provides the knowledge and skills required to apply a competency-based approach to leadership development.

You'll end the course with a capstone simulation which introduces you to complex, integrated high-level business problems in a true-to-life team format. You'll develop and execute a corporate growth strategy, managing all functional areas of a business.

Immersion was incredibly rewarding – we learned an invaluable set of skills while evolving, and learning more about our future friends and business partners.

Core courses

For your first three modules, your core courses will focus on the fundamentals of marketing and business theory—taught from a global perspective. You will then tailor your final two modules to your individual interests and career goals with electives that you can choose to take at any of our six global campuses. 

Grading and assessment

 Hult’s grading system is intended to encourage and acknowledge academic achievement while promoting a growth mindset. The system is based on principles of fairness and transparency, and faculty award grades based upon established criteria that you’ll find in your course syllabus. Course grades at Hult usually involve a combination of assessments such as case analysis, examinations, presentations, and other types of team and individual assessments.
