This course is lead by a unique combination of faculty. Andrew Campbell is a leading thinker and author on both organisation design and strategy. Mikel Gutierrez is a senior executive in Siemens Gamesa, who recently created a new organization for the merged company. Iain Slater, now an independent consultant, was until recently Divisional Human Resources Director at Associated British Foods.
Brilliantly useful course content made more powerful by being surrounded by colleagues who were from interesting roles/organisations and other nationalities. The dynamic of having an academic, consultant and business leader is fundamental to the course content success. Thank you.

Fantastic program. I learned so much about organization design that I feel really confident about the actions I need to take.
