Program overview

The program is made up of five modules endorsed by UK Sport as part of the unique Ashridge Sports Business Partnership, offers a rare opportunity to develop your mentoring skills alongside elite coaches and leaders from professional sports. Mentoring skills are essential to how today’s leaders influence and inspire. It is becoming increasingly clear that talented millennials are looking for leaders who can mentor them, as well as lead them. This means that your mentoring skills should become an integrated component of your leadership success.

Mentoring talented people within a highly demanding environment requires a methodical understanding of how people flourish under pressure. The worlds of elite business and elite sport both generate intense pressure environments and yet can appear as two different ecosystems. However, there is much to be gained from understanding the winning approaches within each.
