Thriving in Leadership

Drawing on Ashridge’s 20 years of experience exploring the key behaviors of international professional sportspeople, this program is interactive and challenging, helping your managers to develop approaches to optimize performance, resilience and engagement, while reducing the risks of stress and burnout. The program focuses on three key elements:

  1. Psychological resilience - the ability to successfully cope with a crisis and to return to pre-crisis status quickly.
  2. Physiological resilience - the body's capacity to adapt to arising challenges, maintain stamina and strength in the face of demands, and recover efficiently and effectively when acutely damaged
  3. Organizational resilience - the ability of an organization to anticipate, prepare for, respond and adapt to incremental change and sudden disruptions in order to survive and prosper

Participants develop their own style of leadership by having greater self- awareness and being mindful of the impact their behavior has on others, equipping them with practical approaches to delivering high performance.
