Supervision is making an important contribution to the professional development and quality assurance of consultants and executive coaches and is becoming a key differentiator in the marketplace. At Ashridge, we see supervision as an essential quality assurance process for coaches and consultants.
Next to our Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Supervision, we also offer open coaching supervision sessions for executive coaches and experienced organizational development consultants, to help them build their status as senior practitioners.
We view on-going supervision as a vital way to maintain and grow the quality of individual coaches and to ensure that clients benefit from a consultant who is fit for purpose and equipped with the insight and personal resourcefulness to be able to help.
The cost for each session with Erik, David or Ann is £195 plus VAT. These sessions take place from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Cancellation policy for Ashridge supervision and accreditation events
Participants in supervision groups gain more coaching experience and learn from direct observation and feedback.
All Ashridge accredited coaches are expected to continue their development as both individuals and as coaches. They are required to attend regular supervision, proportionate to the volume of their coaching work. Many coaches use the supervision group to prepare for (re-) accreditation.
More than just academics, our internationally sourced faculty are practitioners who teach from real-world experience. Our professors have been everything from entrepreneurs to CFOs, consultants, directors, and vice presidents at leading global companies.
