As part of the Ashridge Coaching Events Series in 2018, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Judith Bell.
It is estimated that anywhere from 80% to 95% of our cognitive activity happens at an unconscious level. But most people have little idea of the extent to which we are all prey to our own unconscious. Unresolved and unconscious conflicts cause the majority of problems that occur in human relationships, and exacerbate those within organizations. But to lead and to coach, we first need to master our own unconsciousness.
