Living in São Paulo
Students will be free to find their own
accommodation, though a number of hotel
rooms will be reserved at the Mercure
Times Square hotel in the neighboring
Moema district of São Paulo. The hotel
is approximately two miles from campus
and students will have acess to a variety of
transport options including private and public
bus services.
Convenient hotel accommodation
Rooms at the Mercure Times Square hotel will
be available to students, at prices ranging from
USD 3,500 per person (double occupancy)
to USD 5,500 per person (single occupancy).
These prices include: breakfast, internet
access, an in-room microwave, minibar,
hairdryer, and parking. Guests can also take
advantage to the hotel’s meeting rooms.

Exclusive location
Moema is an upper-class neighborhood and
home to São Paulo’s largest professional
expatriate community. It is immediately
adjacent to the Vila Olímpia (to the west),
Brooklin (to the south), and the Vila Nova
Conceição and Ibirapuera to the north and
east. Ibirapuera Park, the jewel of outdoor
São Paulo, is a short walk away, which
is home to the city’s Museum of Modern
Art, Oscar Niemeyer’s iconic Ibirapuera
Auditorium, and the University of São Paulo’s
Museum of Contemporary Art, among other
attractions.
