Student Life
At Hult, social networking doesn’t happen online—it happens in the halls, classrooms, and cafes, where the sharing of ideas and cultures helps new students form lifelong bonds.
Welcome to Hult
How do you break the ice when you have a room full of new students from all over the world? Enter those students in an extensive orientation program. Our program consists of advising, welcome events, class registration, English tutorials, and introductions to the faculty and staff. By the time the students are touring the campus, most have already made new friends.
Join the club(s)
Students arrive on our shores carrying their own unique set of interests and hobbies. Hult’s student clubs give you a chance to be part of a like-minded group focusing on business, social life, culture, or sports.
Go, see, do
Always wanted to see the lights of Paris? Fancy a trip to Dublin? London is an excellent launch pad to explore the rest of Europe and beyond. Our campus is within walking distance of King’s Cross and St Pancras stations, both of which provide Eurostar access to Europe and rail travel throughout the U.K.. Student Services can provide assistance in helping you plan a group trip.
Work diligently — play diligently
Hult students are here to achieve their dreams, but that doesn’t mean they don’t want to have a little fun every now and then as well. That’s why Student Services and the Hult Student Association (HSA) encourage students to close their books once in a while and partake in cultural and social activities. International evenings, volunteer opportunities, sporting contests, social events, movie nights, and excursions out of London ensure a rich undergraduate experience.
Life in
There will be times when you’ll want to close your textbooks and get out of the house, but you might not be 100% familiar with social offerings available to you. That’s why we created Life in — a website featuring social content generated only by Hult students. The site features extensive galleries of user-submitted photos and a wealth of student reviews of local bars, restaurants, cafes, night clubs, and attractions to help you plan your free time. When you’re ready to add to the discussion, you can upload photos and reviews of your own. The site can even be accessed through your existing Facebook profile. Take a moment and see what Life in is all about at hult.edu/lifein.
Hult Student Association
We are thrilled to watch as new students from all over the world gradually form their own tight-knit community. The Hult Student Association aims to nurture and empower this sort of camaraderie since it will have as much of an impact on the professional lives of students as it does on their social ones.
