Find the home that’s right for you

There is no student accommodation at Hult Boston, so you will be able to find the home that suits your own taste, lifestyle and budget. You’ll have plenty to choose from in Boston. We recommend that you wait until you actually arrive in the city before you sign contracts and exchange money, but you can research neighborhoods, determine your budget, and even find housemates before you arrive.

Where to look

Boston is known for its vibrant neighborhoods, each with their own atmosphere. The first step in beginning to look for housing is to decide your budget. This will help you focus your search on the Boston neighborhoods that are right for you. Most students at Hult Boston live close to campus in communities such as Cambridge, Somerville, Boston, or Charlestown. If you’re coming to Boston with a family, or are looking for a bigger living space, you might want to expand your search to include communities such as Arlington, Newton, Lexington, and Quincy.

Tools to help you in your search

Once you have decided upon a neighborhood, there are several search tools available to you find a place to call your own. Our internal site, Jump Off Campus, is the best place to start. Hult students post apartments that are available for rent, and you can connect with other students looking for accommodation. There are also several public housing search tools that you can use. Craigslist or Airbnb are two widely used sites. Keep in mind that it’s important to be careful when using these sites, and wait to make any payments until you are able to see the apartment in person.
