Fresh (Egypt) is a family business that started out with only 20 employees and producing only fans 30 years ago. Today it operates in 30 different countries, has USD350 million dollars in revenue, three base operations across the world (Egypt, Ethiopia, and Georgia), and 4,000 employees. It manufactures and distributes affordable yet durable home appliances. Fresh’s aim is to reduce waste, increase production efficiency, and find smart yet affordable solution to attract clients. Fresh is looking to acquire several companies in Italy and Spain to strengthen its supply chain and reduce transport costs. It is also looking to expand into new products such as fridges, built-in appliances, and a range of smart products controlled by smartphones.
