Victoria is an expert innovator with 17 years experience helping household name organisations innovate. She works in the areas of innovation, marketing and digital, with particular focus on cross-functional teams, cultures of innovation and innovation processes.
Prior to Ashridge Victoria founded the Customer Experience team at leading innovation consultancy Whatif running innovation projects for global clients across multiple sectors including; HSBC, GSK, Unilever, PepsiCo. Victoria has also spent 7 years in the Middle East working as Marketing Director for the Abu Dhabi Media company and latterly as digital lead for the Abu Dhabi Formula One.
Victoria has a first degree in History from Cambridge, an MA in the History of Art and an MSc in Organisational Psychology, for which she was awarded the University of London 150th Anniversary Prize for Academic Excellence.
