Paul is an Ashridge Adjunct. He researches and teaches in the areas of strategy and marketing in a global context.

Paul has run global programmes for many clients including CRH, Electrolux, Philips, Bayer Crop Science, Bombardier Transportation, Vorwerk and Sinopec. Paul has worked for Ashridge throughout Europe, the USA, South America and Asia. He has been a visiting professor at Babson College, Boston and Mt Eliza in Australia.

Prior to Ashridge he was European Marketing Manager for Stauffer Chemicals based in Geneva and before that worked for Massey Ferguson, Fisons and Marketing Improvements.
