Nick Roy is a Business Development Adjunct and Client Director. He has responsibility for designing and delivering many of Ashridge’s programmes for clients across a multitude of industries and sectors, both nationally and internationally. Nick’s work involves coaching senior executives and their teams to improve organisational performance through strategy execution, organisational development and culture change. His particular specialism is working with leaders to develop and enhance their capability and resilience in dealing with an increasingly VUCA world.
Before joining Ashridge, Nick held senior roles in the change management and human capital practices at Deloitte, KPMG and Ernst & Young.
Nick is qualified in a wide range of psychometric instruments and experienced in team building and group dynamics. He has trained as a psychotherapist in Transactional Analysis and is a Gestalt certified coach.
