Michaela is an independent consultant and a Business Development Adjunct at Ashridge with expertise in consulting on large-scale organisational change and transition projects. She works internationally with executives and senior leaders, focusing on developing individual and collective leadership capability; developing and implementing corporate strategy through organisation wide engagement; developing and implementing processes for individual professional growth and organisational learning and development; developing progressive organisational cultures.
For many years Michaela taught and examined on the Ashridge Masters in Executive Coaching and the Ashridge Masters and Doctorate in Organisation Change. Her clients and colleagues describe her as closely observant, discrete and meticulous in her undertakings. She is clear, structured and focused on intelligent action. At the same time, she is not afraid to go to places that are difficult or taboo, to open doors to new possibilities. She has an extra-ordinary and most unusual combination: of supporting her clients to get things done and reminding them when they're up against it that they can only do so much. It works. Before joining Ashridge, Michaela worked for an international coaching consultancy in London, a joint venture between a private consulting firm and the University of London where she worked as a coach to British diplomats and City financiers headed for foreign assignments.
Michaela is fluent in English, Czech and Russian, and has a knowledge of most European languages.
