Marie-Anne Chidiac is an experienced change management consultant, trainer and psychotherapist. She works with senior executives in the public and private sectors and has led major change management programmes in the UK and Europe. Marie-Anne's current work includes designing programmes to improve organisational performance, developing leaders, and energising and focusing teams. Her distinctiveness is that she understands business and is also qualified to work with deeper aspects of personal change.

Her clients have included the European Commission, the European Space Agency, British Steel/Corus, Zeneca, Syngenta, the UK Cabinet Office and the NHS. Marie-Anne has also held leadership roles as a management consultant with Gemini Consulting and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. She is a registered Psychotherapist and Supervisor with the UK Council for Psychotherapy, and her MSc and her Doctorate both focused on Gestalt Psychotherapy. A native French and Arabic speaker, Marie-Anne also has a particular interest in working across national cultures with awareness of the dual tensions of globalisation and nationalism.
