Laura Heath is a Business Development Adjunct at Ashridge and has consulted with clients to support organisational change and leadership development for over 20 years. She has extensive experience of designing leadership and talent management programmes, and the development of internal consulting and customer relationship skills.
Laura is a social scientist by background and worked as a research associate with McKinsey & Co. She then joined the consultancy division of The Economist Intelligence Unit leading a number of major European research studies on the impact of technology on organisational change.
She has a particular interest in supporting HR and talent professionals to 'partner' with and influence business leaders. Her research interests include the impact of Generation Y in the workplace.
