Kerrie Fleming

Kerrie is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School specializing in leadership development with a particular expertise in leader emotional intelligence (EI) and its practical application for individuals and organizations. She is a research lead for Transforming Behaviours and is former Head of Department for the Leadership and People faculty at Ashridge. She sits on a number of academic regulatory and research committees at Ashridge. As a Client Director and facilitator, Kerrie has designed and delivered customized, MBA and Open Leadership and Management development programs to senior executives, incorporating sessions on emotional intelligence, resilience, influencing, change management, strategy and innovation to Fortune 500 companies as well as UK and international governments, indigenous and international organizations. 

Prior to working in executive education, Kerrie worked as a University lecturer teaching Strategy, Management, Economics and Marketing with a number of Universities in Ireland. Additionally, she worked in strategic acquisition management, account management and customer service within the European Food Industry.

She is an invited speaker at a number of business events in the UK, has featured on BBC Radio and is a regular contributor to HR and Learning and development practitioner publications She has published The Leaders guide to Emotional Agility by Pearson FT and along with Roger Delves is editor of Inspiring leadership published by Bloomsbury which is now available.
