Kathleen King is an organisational consultant, coach and Ashridge Adjunct. She has extensive experience in personal, team and organisational development. Kathleen's clients include private, public, charitable and not for profit organisations, including Southampton University, BBC, NHS, NIHR, World Health Organisation, Cancer Research UK, Marks & Spencer, Nokia, Microsoft, Credit Suisse, and Towry.
Kathleen was previously leader of the Ashridge MSc and Doctorate in Organisational Change programmes and before Ashridge worked as a supervisor of social workers for De Wiekslag Residential Care for Children in The Netherlands, as a Financial Project Manager for Citibank and a senior lecturer in Management for Brunel University. She was also an internal OD consultant for the Royal College of Nursing and visiting faculty at London Business School.
Kathleen has a Masters' in Adult Education, a postgraduate teaching qualification from KU Leuven and an MBA from the Open University. She completed her PhD, researching organisational consulting, at the University of Bath.
