Julie has been an Ashridge Adjunct since 1996 and is also an Accredited Ashridge coach. She works as a Tutor, Facilitator and Coach for a diverse range of clients in the private and public sectors, both in this country and internationally. She specialises in leadership, teamwork, self awareness, leading change, emotional intelligence, influencing and coaching. She is passionate about helping individuals to reach their potential in climates of increasing uncertainty and change.
Julie started her career in retailing, specialising in organisation and management development before establishing her own consultancy in 1996. In recent years she has worked closely in the design and delivery of several leadership programmes and has coached executives from many organisations including the Foreign Office, IND Home Office (now the Borders and Immigration Agency), Mott MacDonald, Magnox, OMV, Alcatel and Tetrapak.
Julie is qualified at Levels A and B with the British Psychological Society and is experienced in using a wide range of psychometric tools, including MBTI Step I and II, Firo B, ECI and SDI.
