Janey is a business psychologist and accredited coach. She works with senior people, leadership teams, top talent, entrepreneurs and mavericks to develop personal potential and enhance business outcomes. Clients include CEOs and Directors of FTSE 100 companies, directors of multi-nationals in diverse business sectors, as well as leaders in the NHS, in Government and individuals from all walks of life. Media, finance, health, sales and professional services, feature prominently in her current client portfolio.

Previously an academic psychologist researching cognitive processing and lecturing in Organisational Psychology, Janey was a diagnostic specialist for the Dyslexia Institute. Having worked for Saville and Holdsworth, she is expert in the design and application of psychometrics.

Janey is a founder member of the Association for Business Psychology. Her articles on coaching feature in Psychologies magazine, and chapter contributions to academic books, include Coaching in the Digital Age and Why Chief Executives Hire Coaches.
