Inge has been an Associate consultant with Ashridge since 2006 and was previously responsible for the Benelux region. With a background in strategy, her interest and experience is in working with organisations at the interface of strategy, leadership and change. Her aim is to maximise the impact of learning and development strategies and interventions for both the individual and the organisation.
Prior to joining Ashridge, Inge held marketing positions in the private sector, was Assistant Professor of Marketing Strategy at Tilburg University and Managing Director of Tias Business School, at Tilburg University in The Netherlands. Inge has developed numerous customised executive development programmes and acted as client director for both national and international leadership development programmes. She uses her coaching and facilitation skills to support change both at the individual and organisational level. She has been delivering workshops in Europe, Asia and Australia. She is currently involved in various customised Leadership Development Programmes focussing on Leadership and Change at various hierarchical levels. She facilitates action learning sets and has coached executives on developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for a variety of organisations in the private and the public sector.
Inge holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, with a specialisation in Marketing Strategy. She did a postgraduate management study in Partnering and Consulting in Change at Ashridge in the UK. She is qualified and trained in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Dutch is her mother tongue.
