Gerhard Wilke is an Ashridge Adjunct and independent organisational and leadership development consultant. His client base is spread across Europe and he works in English and in German.
He studied Social Anthropology at King's College, Cambridge and became a group psychoanalyst at the Institute of Group Analysis in London. His work with client organisations has included: individual and group coaching, leadership development, trainee programmes, change agent support, whole system development and the facilitation of difficult meetings. Gerhard's recent clients include: Deutsche Telekom, Heidelberg Druck, Danfoss, Sauer-Danfoss, Sihl, Yello & EnBW Electricity, Fundus Property Investments and a range of public sector organisations in the UK, Germany and Denmark. Gerhard is co-author of the best-selling book, 'Living Leadership: a Practical Guide for Ordinary Heroes' and a number of other publications.
