Eve joined Ashridge from Deloitte in 2002. Now an Ashridge Adjunct, Eve has taught across the Ashridge portfolio of open and custom programmes and in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Eve's focus is on leadership, learning, and character. Eve was the architect of the Ashridge Leadership Experience and specialises in accelerated learning. Her other specialisms include Emotional Intelligence, Women in Leadership, and Leadersmithing.
Eve started her career at the Church Commissioners for England before gaining an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, for which she won the Association of MBA's Student of the Year Award. She then worked for Deloitte Consulting, where she specialised in change management, particularly in the financial services industry.
Eve has a BA from Durham University, and an MBA from Edinburgh University, and a PhD from Cambridge University. She has written several books. Eve serves on several boards, and is Chairman of Gordonstoun School.
