Camilla's areas of expertise are in leadership consulting and coaching as well as organisational change, with a particular interest in individual and organisational patterns. Camilla spent her early career in international sales with customers such as Ikea and American Airlines. She then worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she advised both private and public sector organisations on all aspects of performance including strategy, operational performance, organisational design and change, and commercial strategies. While at PwC, Camilla was also a visiting lecturer to the MBA programme at UCD, lecturing in Strategic Management
She later joined Bombardier Transportation, where she developed a new Global Learning strategy. She also introduced a new coaching programme at a senior level. In addition to Camilla's core business credentials (BA in Business Studies and Languages, MBA, and a Postgrad in Marketing), she has a Masters in Executive Coaching from Ashridge and is an accredited Mediator from the CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) in London. Camilla is also accredited in a number of psychometric tools. Camilla lives in Berlin but works throughout Europe.
