IXL Center — the Center for Innovation, Excellence and Leadership

IXL Center leaders have written, and continue to develop, country-wide innovation studies, innovation management white papers, books and articles. IXL Center was founded by senior leaders from Arthur D. Little Management Consulting, Monitor Group, Innovation Management Inc., Innovation Associates, and Professors from Hult International Business School. Each of the members of this team contributes their own unique set of global capabilities that were developed at each of the institutions on the topic of innovation. AIESEC International — the world's largest youth-run organization

AIESEC InternationalHult launched a Global Partnership with AIESEC International, a global youth organization that develops leadership capabilities through their internal leadership programs and engaging students and graduates in international student exchange and internship programs for profit and non-profit organizations.

As of November 2010, the AIESEC network includes over 50,000 members in 110 countries and territories, making it the largest youth-run organization in the world. AIESEC is present in over 1,600 universities across the globe, provides more than 10,000 leadership experiences to its members, and sends students and graduates on 10,000 international exchanges yearly.

Hult and AIESEC share the same core values, which is reflected in the partnership. These commonalities include the international scope, a commitment to diversity, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a “learning-by-doing” philosophy combined with real-world business experience. The partnership forms a springboard for young students to become successful leaders with immense networking opportunities.

EF — Education First

Hult International Business School Inc. is an independent not-for-profit institution affiliated with the EF Education First Group.

SIFT — Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade


Founded in 1960, the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade (SIFT) is an institution of higher learning and business education under the administration of the Shanghai Municipal Government boasting an annual enrollment of over 10,000 students.

Hult has established a partnership agreement with SIFT enabling them to sponsor student visas, provide Mandarin instruction and offer library resources for Hult students during their time in China.  Hult and SIFT also collaborate on joint networking and social events to enrich the student experience in Shanghai.

Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME)

Hult was accepted as a member of PRME in February 2010. As an institution dedicated to creating ethical, effective and holistic leaders for the 21st Century, we not only remain committed to integrating the Principles of Responsible Management Education throughout all our institution’s efforts, but hope to help lead the way in developing new ways of teaching the competencies needed in the ever-evolving, ever more complex global business environment that is the 21st Century.

The Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) is a United Nations Global Compact sponsored initiative with the mission to inspire and champion responsible management education, research and thought leadership globally. The Six Principles of PRME are inspired by internationally accepted values, such as the Ten Principles of the Global Compact. They seek to establish a process of continuous improvement among institutions of management education in order to develop a new generation of business leaders capable of managing the complex challenges faced by business and society in the 21st century. Currently, over 450 signatories have joined PRME representing 80 countries. PRME’s Steering Committee is comprised of global and specialized associations.
