Anna Krzeminska

Dr. Anna Krzeminska is currently a Post-Doc Scholar and Lecturer at the Institute of Corporate Development at the Leuphana University Lüneburg. Prior to that Anna had a lecturer position at the University of Technology, Sydney, research assistant positions at the Free University Berlin, University of Paderborn and University of Mainz as well as guest lecturer positions at several universities in Germany and Poland. Anna’s degrees are a Diploma (equivalent to Master) in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Mainz in 2002, where she was awarded for best diploma and outstanding diploma thesis, and a PhD in Business Administration and Economics with first class honors (summa cum laude) from the Free University of Berlin in 2008.
Anna’s major research focus is on social business & entrepreneurship centering mainly on strategic management issues of social businesses and explore business models, growth strategies, competitive advantage but also volunteerism and investments in social businesses and enterprises.
Anna has presented her work at various international conferences, such as the Academy of Management or the Strategic Management Society Conference. Her research has been published or is forthcoming in books and journals such as the Strategic Management Journal.
Anna’s international teaching experience on mainly postgraduate levels extends to Social Business and Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Management and Organization Theories, Marketing Planning and Strategy, and business simulations.
