Firsthand international experience

Many of our students have direct experience in multiple regions during their studies with the opportunities for study we provide in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S. through our Global Rotation program.

Practical, hands-on leaders

Our school is action-oriented rather than research-oriented. Our faculty is made up of real-world practitioners that remain close to the business world. Our curriculum is centered around long-term, practical projects where teams of students consult with multinational organizations to solve current problems their business is facing. These are called Hult Impact Challenges, and span the entirety of our MBA course; there is also a six-week Action Project for our Master students.

Lifelong Learning Guarantee

Our alumni benefit from a lifelong opportunity to return to campus for one elective per year, at any of our locations worldwide, continuing their professional development with us.

Grow your business through innovation

Our students can help you solve real challenges your business is facing by working with you on long-term, practical consulting projects. Tasked with finding new ways to grow your business through innovative strategies, our students compete to deliver the most impactful solution for your organization.

Our Hult Impact Challenges and Action Projects offer you 5,000 to 30,000 consultancy hours from competing international student teams. Supervised by world-leading consultants, diverse student teams bring a range of experience to your most challenging problems.

  • High impact: Get a diverse portfolio of bankable new growth options for your company around both existing and new offerings, channels, markets, businesses, and business models.
  • Low investment: Cost-effective and innovative consulting for your organization.
  • Big benefit: a proven approach for developing growth platforms and breakthrough business concepts that has evolved from our work as innovation practice leaders at Arthur D. Little, the Monitor Group, and the IXL Center.

How the Action Projects work

How the Action Projects work

Applying classroom learning to a real business, the Hult Action Project, gives students and corporates a powerful platform from which to develop strategic thinking about innovation and growth.

Teams

We place students in small teams and assign each team to a leading business or company to help solve a real business problem.

Challenge

Each team is presented with a challenge and works intimately with a senior executive, in charge of the company's growth and development.

Strategy

Over six weeks, teams work with an executive mentor and Hult's world-class consultants to devise a comprehensive business plan.

Win/Win

At the end of the project, the teams present their findings to an executive group within the company who then choose the winning team offering the best solution.

Develop your people

Keep your workforce up-to-date

In the current global economic uncertainty, new skills such as knowing how to lead in times of ambiguity, or how to drive growth and innovation in a fast-changing environment, will become increasingly important. The accelerated pace of innovation that we’re constantly confronted with means offering flexible postgraduate training may be one of the best ways to renew the knowledge and skills of your organization’s talent pool.

As well as other benefits, our corporate partners are eligible for a corporate scholarship of 20% on our MBA, Executive MBA, Masters, and Bachelor programs – across our locations in Boston, San Francisco, London, Dubai, Shanghai, New York, and Miami.

Two-year part-time Executive MBA

Monthly classes in Dubai, London, Shanghai, or Miami with additional rotation options to Boston, San Francisco, and New York. Our Executive MBA program is a part-time MBA designed for professionals who seek to enhance their global leadership skills and business impact. Our monthly curriculum offers an unusually high degree of flexibility, taking into account our students’ needs and constraints, from time and location to financing and program length. It is possible to take up to four years to finish a two-year EMBA study program, allowing busy professionals to accelerate their career at work while pursuing their degree.
