Brown Bag Lunches

Hult's Action Learning philosophy extends to all parts of the MBA program, including lunch. Once a week, professionals from different industries visit Hult students over an informal lunch to candidly discuss current business trends and career strategies. These Brown Bag lunch seminars have been enormously popular as an informal way for students to network and learn about different professional paths and industries. These speakers are able to give first-hand, in-depth insight into the particular career path a Hult student wants to follow. Instead of reading about how to manage cash flow in a textbook, ask a CFO about his challenges over lunch.

While the Brown Bag lunches are a popular way for students to network and learn about the various ways of climbing the ladder to success, several students have found jobs after graduation as a direct result of meeting a key executive. We only invite speakers who have reached a senior level and who are free to share the truth, both good and bad, about their careers. Previous Brown Bag guests have been senior executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, editors, analysts and sales executives from a wide range of industries. Nothing provides a real world educational experience as bringing in top business leaders for an intimate and informational lunch.
