Women at Hult
Hult is committed to furthering the success of women in business. Our director of career services, director of student services and the global head of recruiting are all accomplished women. In fact, Hult has one of the highest ratios of women in its management. Our commitment is not merely theoretical; it’s a reality. For instance, Mary Jane Norton, a professor of management communication, has worked extensively as a management development and corporate communication consultant for the past 30 years. Admired for her ability to focus on a wide variety of issues, Professor Norton is just one of the many extraordinary women on the faculty who are known for their business acumen as well as their teaching skills.
By keeping our class size small and maximizing the level of personal attention, Hult provides a supportive environment for all students. Members of our female faculty and staff are available for mentoring relationships, and doors are always open to answer questions or address issues.
At Hult, we believe that women who want it all can have it all, and we do everything in our power to make that happen - whether it’s our student services department’s offering additional support to make your family’s transition to a new place smoother or providing monetary awards for women with the "Promising Young Women in Business" scholarship. We want women to achieve their potential and make a difference in the business world.
