Career Management Tools

We realize that an MBA is all about finding the right job after graduation. Fortunately, one of Hult's strengths is our Career Services Department. Historically, around 80% of our Boston students have found employment within three months of graduation - a very high rate for an intensive one-year MBA program. At Hult, we are eager to provide you with the tools you need to find the job you want, and we do our best to put you in a position to succeed.

One advantage of our small classes is that we are able to work with each student individually and extensively to determine their strengths and weaknesses as well as determine what industry or job may suit them best. You will take an assessment when you arrive and we will employ every avenue to give you a competitive advantage. Whether it is simply reviewing your resume/CV and cover letters to make sure they are what your future employer is looking for or having you meet with one of our "career" professors to give you tips and feedback, we are willing to go the extra distance for you. By videotaping mock job interviews and reviewing them thoroughly with you, we help you prepare for interviews and meetings with middle to senior level executives at one of many Hult's networking lunch meetings.

To help you with the all-important first step of business career self-assessment, we have made available for our students CareerLeader TM, the premier online business career self-assessment program. CareerLeader TM, developed after 20 years of research, is used by over 150 of the top graduate business schools in the U.S. and abroad. This program will:

  • Provide you with expert assessments of your unique pattern of business relevant interests, values and abilities
